Mental coach, Enervit, friends and family!

This last week has been a lot about visiting friends and family, and spending time with them. Means a lot to me to get some distance from all racing sometimes, and just be "normal" ;-) Some workout too has been done this week at KMTI, love working out there. The gym is great and has a lot of possibilities! I also took a visit by my mental coach Anders Plate, and to my nutrition sponsor Enervit! I'll have a competition soon with some of there products, stay tuned for that! :-) Now I'm heading off to Karlskoga to watch my friend play some soccer/football! Take care,
